Position:IT Support Specialist End User Services

Location:ONSITE - Nashville, TN 37243
Pay Rate:$27.00 per hour (W2 Only)

Seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on support for end-users across devices, applications, networks, and video conferencing systems. This role requires physical presence for hardware deployment, device setup, and troubleshooting, as well as strong customer service skills to support users directly.

RESPONSIBILTIES INCLUDE:
Provide on-site support for printers, including server and local queues.
Manage Active Directory tasks: navigate OUs, lookup attributes, reset passwords, and unlock accounts.
Setup, deploy, and troubleshoot iOS devices (iPhones, iPads) including backups, restores, and account resets.
Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware (lifting up to 50 pounds).
Support video conferencing systems (Cisco WebEx, MS Teams, Cisco Presence) in person.
Troubleshoot networks on-site (internal vs. external, VPN, LTE, Wi-Fi).
Troubleshoot applications and account permissions directly with users.
Manage tickets in ServiceNow, including assignment, updates, and resolution.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Hands-on IT support experience in desktop, mobile, and network troubleshooting.
Experience with Active Directory, Device Deployment, and Video conferencing systems.
Ability to lift and move hardware up to 50 pounds.
Proficiency with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
