The OpportunityWe are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Grandville that are seeking skilled Help Desk Technicians. Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for manufacturing software and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to production equipment and systems.
- Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution and maintain accurate records.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and software for factory personnel.
- Collaborate with IT and operational teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues impacting production.
- Assist with the deployment and support of new technologies within the manufacturing environment.
Recommended Qualifications- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years experience in IT support, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
