Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid. Onsite Monday-Thursdays. Can work remotely from home on Fridays)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Line Manager for a contract position to support a key product line. This role involves managing a portfolio of sports bras and working closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, design, and technical design.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of sports bras through the product lifecycle.
- Lead a cross-functional team, ensuring project timelines and calendars are met.
- Collaborate with merchandising, design, and technical design teams.
- Utilize consumer and competitor acumen to inform product strategy.
- Apply an understanding of retail math to product management decisions.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of five+ years of experience in a Product Manager role is required, with specific experience in apparel product management.
Technical Skills:- Proficiency in Excel and Keynote.
- Understanding of retail math principles.
- Strong competitor and consumer acumen.
- Ability to manage calendars, timelines, and lead cross-functional teams.
Soft Skills:- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work as a collaborative team player.
- Flexibility and the ability to work with little oversight.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with sports bras or women's apparel.
- A strong understanding of consumer needs and wants.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $48.00/hr to $56.00/hr. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, experience, and skills.
