This role involves providing application support for critical applications within the payments domain. The position focuses on monitoring and supporting applications to meet service level agreements, providing on-call support, and managing production tickets and issues. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in maintaining application stability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support applications to ensure 100% SLA compliance.
- Provide on-call support for production systems.
- Triage production tickets and issues, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and preparing relevant documentation.
- Partner with application teams, CCO, and other support teams to resolve issues.
- Prepare and review impact analysis based on issue investigation.
- Write scripts to automate routine daily operational tasks.
- Provide support after office hours and on weekends as required by business needs.
- Identify root causes in code, suggest break-fix activities, and follow release management processes for code deployment.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:- Experience with Java/J2EE.
- Proficiency in using Dynatrace, Splunk, and SQL for log analysis.
- Familiarity with Python.
- Knowledge of database systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of AI concepts.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $65.00 and $70.24 per hour. Benefits may be available to eligible employees.
