Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Management Consultant to support project management operations and drive digital reporting and automation initiatives. This position assists in the overall management of assigned construction projects, ensuring compliance with budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals. This is an office-based role that can incorporate travel on an as-needed basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day project management activities and team coordination.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Build and manage Power Automate workflows to streamline team processes.
- Manage and organize the Power BI workspace and app, including cleanup and governance of existing content.
- Assess project productivity, monitor schedule compliance, evaluate work quality, and ensure safety performance.
- Assist in scope control, budget oversight, and resolution of technical issues.
- Coordinate project activities with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze key performance metrics, financial data, and operational trends to support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Land Surveying, or a related field is required.
Experience: 6 - 10 years of experience managing project execution, including vendor and contractor coordination. A background in project management support or coordination is necessary.
Technical Skills: Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI (report/dashboard development, workspace management) and hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (flow design and maintenance). Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Experience working within large infrastructure, energy, or construction environments.
- Familiarity with project controls or capital project reporting.
Work Environment
Driving will be required as part of the position duties. Travel to project sites may be required up to 25%. This role is open to remote candidates, but preference will be given to candidates local to Juno Beach.
