Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Active Directory, ensuring optimal functionality and security.
Administer and support Microsoft Windows Server environments.
Configure and oversee Azure Active Directory to enhance system integration.
Implement and maintain Citrix technologies for virtualized environments.
Manage Microsoft Exchange to ensure secure and efficient email operations.
Utilize Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM) and SCCM for system updates and deployment.
Administer Intune for mobile device and application management.
Support and optimize Microsoft 365 Enterprise and Office 365 platforms.
Oversee VMware infrastructure to ensure reliable virtualization.
Develop and execute scripts using PowerShell for automation and system management tasks.
Requirements Core Requirements- 5+ years of hands-on experience with MECM (SCCM) and Intune
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Experience supporting Windows Server environments and VMware infrastructure
- Azure experience preferred (nice-to-have, not required)
Endpoint Management Expertise (Required)- Advanced endpoint management and troubleshooting experience
- Strong ability to perform report analysis and operational monitoring
- Experience customizing and maintaining PowerShell automation scripts
- Ability to assess, clean up, and improve an existing environment
Intune & Modern Device Management Experience- Experience with automated device provisioning workflows
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Windows Autopilot implementations
- Hands-on support of the operational execution side (not architecture design)
- Ability to maintain and optimize an already-established architecture
