Onsite 5 days a week in Carson, CA

Our client is seeking an experienced ERP/CRM Configuration Subject Matter Expert to join their team in Carson, California. In this role, the selected candidate will leverage their expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to optimize workflows, enhance business processes, and implement technical solutions that align with organizational needs. The position requires a professional who can effectively analyze system requirements, configure solutions, and support continuous system improvement. The ideal candidate will also possess strong communication skills and the ability to train, guide, and provide ongoing support to end users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the platform.

Responsibilities:

Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to align with organizational requirements.

Design and optimize workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency.

Provide technical expertise in manufacturing modules such as bills of materials, routings, material requirements planning, and production scheduling.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.

Document workflows, processes, and system configurations thoroughly for future reference.

Develop and maintain APIs to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Offer hands-on training and support to end users, enhancing their understanding and utilization of the system.

Implement configuration management processes to ensure system stability and scalability.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues promptly.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Proven expertise in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Familiarity with manufacturing modules, including bills of materials, routings, material requirements planning, and production scheduling.
Strong skills in process design, workflow optimization, and documentation.
Ability to develop and maintain APIs for system integration.
Proficiency in client-side scripting and Salesforce development.
Excellent communication skills and experience in training end users.
Capability to gather and analyze business requirements and deliver clear technical solutions.
