Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager IV to lead and manage a critical project in the Revenue Management space. The role involves overseeing the development of a new platform, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of the project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MS Project, resource management, and the ability to build compelling presentations. This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional on-site presence in the Chicagoland area.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the FareWorks project in the Revenue Management space.
  • Oversee application development and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage multimillion-dollar budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Build strong presentations and report project status to senior leadership and working teams.
  • Triage issues and risks, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinate daily activities of the development team and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct system audits and verify application results.
  • Implement disaster recovery, back-up procedures, and information security measures.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT industry, including development work and customer interaction.
  • PMP Certification is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Project for project planning and financial budgeting.
  • Strong ability to work independently with project and development teams.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and presenting project updates.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay Range: $73- $77
