RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Software Developer Power Platforms in San Antonio, TX.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to support the delivery of enterprise workflow automation and internal business applications. This role will focus on building and enhancing solutions that streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and support ongoing digital modernization efforts.

Responsibilities:
* Design and develop internal business applications using Power Apps
* Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate
* Support solution delivery for forms, data collection, and process automation
* Design and work with structured data models to support application needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions
* Provide documentation and hand-off materials as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
* The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing production-ready Power Platform solutions and is comfortable working within established engineering standards and governance models; Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven)
* Strong experience with Power Automate for workflow automation
* Experience working with structured data and relational data models
* Exposure to Microsoft 365 or low-code enterprise environments
* Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready solutions

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience delivering solutions in an enterprise or regulated environment
* Familiarity with automation, digital workplace, or internal systems modernization efforts
* Awareness of conversational AI or Copilot-style integrations is a plus, but not required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
