Job Description
We are seeking a Product Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting M365 Intune. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business and financial analysis, reporting, metrics, and trend analysis and a proven ability to drive product adoption, surface pain points, and translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Support product initiatives for M365 Intune with data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, metrics, and trend analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product pain points and opportunities for adoption.
- Communicate technical concepts and findings to non-technical audiences through clear documentation and presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Business and financial analysis experience, including reporting, metrics, and trend analysis.
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, and strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to translate technical information.
- 2+ years of experience in product management and/or marketing in the IT domain.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or financial services; foundational financial acumen.
- Demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience driving product adoption and user engagement for enterprise platforms.
- Financial and project management background.
