Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution phases of infrastructure and operations programs, ensuring they align with organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate the determination of program scope, objectives, and deliverables through stakeholder collaboration.
  • Develop detailed program plans and schedules, effectively coordinating resources and timelines.
  • Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to drive successful program outcomes.
  • Prepare and present program updates to senior management and stakeholders to maintain transparency and engagement.
  • Implement program changes and interventions to optimize performance and achieve desired results.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to program teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in program management, specifically within IT infrastructure and operations.
  • Strong grasp of program management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with a capacity to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proven aptitude for managing multiple projects while maintaining keen attention to detail.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Familiarity with technical infrastructure and security management.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project and Visio.
  • Relevant certifications in project or program management (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.
