TEKsystems is hiring for a Service Desk Analyst to provide day-to-day technical support to end users onsite in Menasha, WI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users, and delivering strong customer service.
Schedule & Location- Onsite 5 days per week in Menasha
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
What You'll Be Doing- Serve as the first point of contact for end-user technical issues
- Respond to Level 1 support requests via phone, ticketing system, chat, and other intake methods
- Troubleshoot common issues such as password resets, software installs, and basic desktop support
- Document, update, and manage tickets in ServiceNow
- Escalate more complex issues to higher-tier support as needed
- Provide clear communication and follow-up to ensure user satisfaction
- Deliver courteous, professional customer service at all times
Additional Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and diagnose basic hardware, software, and peripheral issues using documented procedures
- Perform minor fixes and assist with general application support
- Explain technical processes and solutions in a way users can understand
- May assist with project planning, testing, or training support for new initiatives
What We're Looking For- 1+ year of experience in a service desk, help desk, or technical support role (required)
- Working knowledge troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and utilizing Active Directory
- Experience supporting users in a Windows desktop environment
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work in a user-facing role

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $26.00/hr.
