Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Synthesize diverse data sources and research insights to develop strategic recommendations aligned with Medical Affairs goals.
  • Manage Statements of Work (SOW) and agency partnerships with strong governance and oversight.
  • Participate in annual planning processes, including defining media objectives, channel strategy, channel mix, and measurement frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with marketing guidelines, privacy policies, and organizational procedures.
  • Develop and enhance healthcare professional (HCP) customer experiences through digital omnichannel orchestration.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs teams and business units to align strategies across channels.
  • Present strategies and insights to senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with third-party platforms and sources of authority (SOAs).
  • Recommend optimal media channels based on best practices and strategic objectives.
  • Partner with media agencies to develop, execute, and evaluate channel and tactical plans.
  • Ensure consistent application of therapeutic area (TA) strategy and customer insights across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze performance data and optimize media mix to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to establish standards that enhance customer experience.
  • Identify and implement innovative opportunities in content and execution to address clinical care gaps.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, marketing, or digital media agency environments.
  • Broad experience across multiple media channels, including both offline and online planning.
  • Strong expertise in media planning tools, measurement, and media mix modeling.
  • Proven strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong project management, budgeting, and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
