Job#: 3029761 Job Description: Role Summary- FTE Technical Analyst (Techno-Functional) supporting Oracle Fusion Source-to-Pay
- Acts as liaison between business deployment teams and technical/development teams
- Part of Digital Technology (DT) org (not business-side BA)
- Lead-level individual contributor (no direct reports, but mentors junior team members)
- Location: Cleveland, OH | 5 days onsite
- Relocation assistance available
- No visa sponsorship
Must-Haves- Oracle Fusion Source-to-Pay experience
- Highest priority: Fusion + STP
- OR strong Oracle R12 Source-to-Pay experience (considered a close match)
- 6-8+ years total relevant experience (lead-level expectations)
- Strong experience in purchasing & receiving modules
- Pricing knowledge also important
- Experience purchasing physical goods (inventory, raw materials, packaging, finished goods)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical/configuration requirements
- Hands-on understanding of Fusion configurations (not a developer, but must "talk the talk")
- Experience writing test cases and supporting UAT
- Comfortable working in a highly customized ERP environment
- Able to work cross-functionally with:
- Business deployment teams
- Developers & integration teams
- External SI partner (Deloitte)
- Offshore development teams (primarily India)
- Willing to work in-office full time and relocate if needed
Nice-to-Haves- Oracle Fusion experience in:
- Inventory
- Order management
- Pricing (can be cross-trained into STP)
- Source-to-Pay experience from other ERPs (SAP, Infor), with openness to learning Oracle
- Manufacturing or throughput business exposure (helpful, not required)
- Light technical build experience (e.g., OTBI reporting)
- Experience working in large-scale ERP consolidation programs
- Prior experience mentoring junior team members
