Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Paw Paw that are seeking Reliability Engineers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures.
• Optimize preventive maintenance (PM) programs and schedules.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify reliability risks.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to improve asset lifecycle.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability.
• Manage critical spare parts inventory and obsolescence.
• Provide technical expertise on failure modes and corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of reliability principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., RCM, FMEA, RCA, Weibull analysis).
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and data analysis tools.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, R, Python for data analysis).
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
