Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Mattawan that are seeking Reliability Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures.
• Optimize preventive maintenance (PM) programs and schedules.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify reliability risks.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams on asset lifecycle management.
• Implement and manage Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) data related to asset reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for equipment uptime and efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on reliability engineering.
• Proficient in reliability tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, RCA, RCM, Weibull analysis).
• Strong understanding of CMMS/EAM systems and their application in maintenance and reliability.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification.
• Experience with advanced analytical tools for reliability (e.g., Weibull++, ReliaSoft suite).
• Proficiency in programming languages for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and their application to reliability.
