Job#: 3024249 Job Description: PROJECT DETAILS:Supporting a Tier 2 Critical Application as part of an internal disaster recovery dashboard for cyber resiliency and incident response.
Day to Day: Application support with 24/7 on-call rotation (pre-scheduled shifts, weekend coverage shared across 7 team members)
Monitor performance and troubleshoot using Dynatrace, CloudWatch, and Splunk logs
Work within ServiceNow for incident and change management tickets, workarounds, and resolutions
Coordinate with development teams
Observe/manage EC2 instances, assist with database cleanup, and support application upgrades
Pull logs and analyze system behavior to help identify root cause
MUST HAVES (TOP 3):1. 1+ years of Application Support
2. AWS Cloud background or exposure
3. Experience with ServiceNow for incident/change management
4. Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or CloudWatch
Preferred Qualifications:1. Database knowledge
2. Experience reading and analyzing logs
