Summary

We are partnered with a leading transportation and infrastructure organization that is undergoing a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative. They are seeking an Enterprise Agile Lead / Coach to drive alignment across a complex ecosystem of internal teams and external partners. This individual will play a critical role in establishing governance, coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams, and ensuring organizational transparency through disciplined Agile practices and reporting.

This role focuses on orchestrating 10-13 cross-functional workstreams spanning Product, Technology, Sales, Operations, and third-party vendors. You will be responsible for implementing scalable Agile frameworks, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and creating a unified delivery cadence that enables successful enterprise-wide execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead alignment and coordination across 10-13 concurrent cross-functional workstreams to ensure cohesive program execution (25%)
  • Establish, facilitate, and mature Agile ceremonies including Scrum, Scrum of Scrums, planning sessions, and governance reviews (20%)
  • Manage and resolve dependencies across internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery outcomes (15%)
  • Develop and maintain risk management frameworks, escalation processes, and governance standards across the organization (15%)
  • Design, standardize, and optimize Jira workflows, boards, epics, and portfolio management structures to support enterprise visibility (10%)
  • Build executive-level dashboards and reporting to provide transparency into program health, velocity, delivery predictability, and key metrics (10%)
  • Drive organizational discipline, data integrity, and accountability across all participating teams and stakeholders (5%)

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale Agile transformations, enterprise programs, or complex delivery initiatives involving 10+ concurrent workstreams
  • Proven experience integrating and managing third-party vendors within Agile delivery frameworks
  • Expert-level proficiency with Jira, including workflow configuration, Advanced Roadmaps, Jira Align, dashboards, and portfolio management
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
  • Experience facilitating enterprise-level governance, dependency management, and risk mitigation processes
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on process adherence, reporting accuracy, and operational excellence
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive accountability without direct authority
