Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Associate Principal with 11 to 15 years of expertise in ServiceNow ITOM ServiceMapping and related ServiceNow ITOM modules to lead architecture and implementation initiatives

Job Description:

          Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow ITOM ServiceMapping solutions within enterprise environments 

• Develop and implement strategies for ServiceNow ITOM modules including Service Mapping Discovery CMDB Connected Operations Cloud Observability Governance and Cloud Insights 
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure integration and alignment of ITOM solutions with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement of ServiceNow ITOM processes and frameworks to optimize operational efficiency
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for ServiceNow ITOM architecture and deployment
• Analyze complex IT infrastructure and service dependencies to enhance service visibility and management
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies in ITOM implementations
• Mentor and support junior team members in ServiceNow ITOM technologies and architecture principles

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Own the end to end architecture and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM ServiceMapping projects 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Oversee configuration customization and integration of ServiceNow ITOM modules to meet client needs Lead troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to Service Mapping and associated ITOM components
• Work closely with architects and platform teams to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions
• Develop and review technical documentation including architecture diagrams process workflows and implementation guides
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training for internal teams and clients
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow ITOM features and industry trends to recommend improvements
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction
