Job Summary: We are seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise applications within a centralized business administration function. This role involves providing technical analysis, production support, and customer-focused solutions for business-critical systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, enhance system performance, and ensure seamless operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide production support and troubleshooting for applications in a 24x7 environment. Analyze and resolve application and infrastructure issues, ensuring timely incident management and resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve business and system challenges. Conduct in-depth analysis of complex business problems and recommend effective solutions. Monitor system performance and perform regular system health checks. Develop and maintain technical and training documentation for applications and processes. Participate in testing activities to validate system functionality and enhancements. Improve operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer support. Build a strong understanding of business processes and interconnected systems. Required Qualifications: Experience in production support (Level 1 and Level 2) and incident management. Strong proficiency in SQL and query writing (Oracle, SQL Server, Redshift). Experience working with AWS services such as DynamoDB, Redshift, Aurora PostgreSQL, Athena, S3, Lambda, EC2, ECS, Glue, Step Functions, SNS, SQS, Kinesis, CloudWatch, and Grafana. Familiarity with both on-premises and cloud-based application architectures. Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Willingness to support shift schedules, including after-hours and on-call rotations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Java and Oracle-based systems. Strong customer service orientation and ability to support enterprise-level applications. Experience working in regulated or large-scale enterprise environments. Education: Bachelors Degree
