Position: Oracle ERP Testing Lead

Location: REMOTE

Duration: 6+ month contract

Key Additions in the Updated Role (vs previous UAT Lead)

Expanded scope beyond UAT
- Now responsible for full testing lifecycle (SIT, UAT, regression, parallel)
Parallel testing is now a core requirement
- Must have experience leading parallel testing cycles and validating results against legacy systems
Reconciliation framework ownership (new)
- Candidates need to design reconciliation processes (legacy vs new system) and manage variance/tolerance thresholds
Stronger financial / payroll validation focus
- Explicit requirement to validate payroll and financial accuracy during testing
Elevated role from coordination to governance
- Now expected to build testing governance frameworks, quality gates, and execution structure across teams
Formal entry/exit criteria ownership
- Must define and enforce testing readiness criteria and quality thresholds
Increased executive-level accountability
- Responsible for delivering go/no-go recommendations based on testing outcomes and risk assessment
More emphasis on large-scale ERP program experience
- Must have experience with complex transformations including integrations, data flows, and multi-workstream coordination
Greater focus on technical validation
- Expanded expectations around integrations, APIs, data conversions, and reporting validation
