Expanded scope beyond UAT
Now responsible for full testing lifecycle (SIT, UAT, regression, parallel)
Parallel testing is now a core requirement
Must have experience leading parallel testing cycles and validating results against legacy systems
Reconciliation framework ownership (new)
Candidates need to design reconciliation processes (legacy vs new system) and manage variance/tolerance thresholds
Stronger financial / payroll validation focus
