Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong understanding of Capital Markets to lead end-to-end project delivery across regulatory and business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience partnering with front-office teams and line-of-business stakeholders, along with the ability to manage full project lifecycles from planning through execution and close.
Responsibilities: - Manage full project lifecycle activities, including planning, requirements, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Serve as a liaison between Capital Markets front-office teams, line-of-business partners, and technology groups.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and clear status reporting.
- Support regulatory-driven initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with required standards.
- Develop high-quality project artifacts, documentation, reporting materials, and presentations.
- Leverage advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to analyze data, track progress, and deliver executive-ready materials.
Qualifications: - 6 years of project management experience, ideally within financial services.
- Solid understanding of Capital Markets products; not required to be an expert but must demonstrate working knowledge.
- Proven ability to work with front-office teams or act as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and manage expectations.
- Experience delivering projects within banking environments with awareness of operational dynamics.
- Regulatory project experience is required.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to produce clear and insightful reporting.
