Work Model: 3 Days Onsite MandatoryTop Requirements:6-7 years of software engineering experience, able to act as a LeadStrong hands-on RPA engineering experience (Blue Prism, UI Path, or equivalent tools)Strong understanding of APIs and databasesAdvanced Excel skills (used for data validations and process integrity checks)Excellent communication skills (must work closely with LOB partners, RTM, and engineering teams)Ability to function independently as an individual contributorNice to Have:Contact Center domain experienceBackground supporting modernization or SaaS migrationsExperience with large-scale enterprise RPA implementationsJob Summary:The Software Engineer 4 - RPA will provide senior-level engineering support to automate manual processes related to a major contact center modernization initiative. The team is migrating operations from Alvaria to Verint and moving to a SaaS vendor by 2027. As thousands of agents are migrated, Line of Business teams currently face manual, error-prone agent transfer processes. This RPA engineer will automate that workflow to remove manual effort and reduce operational risk.
The engineer will operate as an individual contributor, attending weekly syncs with RTM and collaborating with other team members. The role requires deep RPA technical skill, strong problem-solving ability, excellent communication, and the ability to take full ownership of automation design, development, testing, and delivery.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Review the current manual agent-migration process and define automation opportunities
Design, build, and deploy
RPA workflows to automate end-to-end agent migration
Integrate RPA automation with supporting
APIs, databases, and legacy systems
Perform data validation and testing using
Excel and other tools
Collaborate with the tech lead, RTM, and cross-functional partners
Participate in weekly project meetings and provide progress updates
Troubleshoot issues, support UAT, and handle escalations if automation goes live in June
Document automation logic, workflows, and operational procedures
Ensure compliance with internal security, risk, and engineering policies
Serve as a senior technical contributor on the modernization team
