Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation systems to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify automation opportunities and define project requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for automation systems, including schematics, P&IDs, and user manuals.
• Conduct root cause analysis of automation-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel on automation systems.
• Stay current with emerging automation technologies and industry best practices.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting industrial automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA).
• Proficiency in programming industrial control systems (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000).
• Experience with robotic systems (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB) including programming, integration, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and data historians.
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 13849).
• PLC programming experience with various manufacturers (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi).
• Experience with robotics programming and integration (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
