About the RoleAs an ETL Developer, you will support data integration and transformation initiatives that enable secure and reliable loan origination and analytics systems. You will collaborate closely with software engineering and client stakeholders to deliver moderately complex ETL solutions, contribute to system reliability, and support regulatory and compliance needs.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and support ETL processes to integrate data between nCino and upstream/downstream partner systems.
- Build and maintain data pipelines supporting both secured and unsecured loan data.
- Transform and prepare data for analytical and reporting purposes used by nCino and related loan origination platforms.
- Analyze and resolve moderately complex technical issues by evaluating variable factors and applying engineering best practices.
- Contribute to large-scale planning and delivery of software engineering initiatives.
- Support TCI and regulatory-related activities associated with ETL applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and client stakeholders, to meet delivery milestones.
- Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years of relevant ETL or Software Engineering experience.
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience demonstrated through work experience, consulting, education, training, or military service.
- Experience developing ETL solutions using enterprise-grade ETL tools.
- Experience working with relational database management systems (RDBMS).
- Proficiency in SQL and data transformation concepts.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica IDMC, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce and/or nCino development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub.
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or Teradata.
- Experience using job scheduling tools such as Autosys.
- Unix/Linux shell scripting experience.
- Familiarity with regulatory or financial-services data environments.
Work EnvironmentThis role follows a hybrid work model, requiring onsite presence three days per week at an approved location, with remote work available two days per week.
