Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software issues across production and office environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity problems for network devices, industrial equipment, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and specialized manufacturing software.
- Document support activities, resolutions, and maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or relevant vendors.
- Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
Recommended Qualifications- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware issues (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers, manufacturing equipment interfaces).
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN) and basic network troubleshooting.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical users.
