Pay Rate: $69 - $74

The Software Engineer 4 will serve as an expert in Power BI analytics, data preparation, and data curation for a multi-year data center modernization and simplification (DCMS) program. This role will build dynamic dashboards, analyze complex IT datasets, model data from multiple sources, and support reporting workstreams tied to migrating hundreds of applications and thousands of components to next-generation data centers. The engineer must demonstrate advanced Power BI expertise, the ability to transform ambiguous data into clean analytical views, and deliver visualizations aligned to executive, program, and operational audiences.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Build advanced Power BI dashboards and report suites for DCMS deliverables
Perform complex data engineering activities using Excel and other tools
Cleanse, normalize, and transform IT application and infrastructure datasets
Create metrics, KPIs, and progress reporting for large-scale migration efforts
Translate unstructured data into structured analytical datasets
Develop automated data refresh pipelines and validation logic (as needed)
Support visualization requirements for leadership, technology teams, and migration workstreams
Work closely with program managers, engineers, and business partners to refine analytical outputs
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and clarity across all reporting layers
Participate in working sessions and represent analytics in discussions with cross-functional teams
