Top Requirements (3-5):5-7 years of SQL reporting & analytics experience (Teradata and/or Oracle preferred)Strong self-starter with ability to process and analyze data from multiple sourcesDashboarding experience (Tableau or Power BI)Experience conducting risk management analyticsAbility to evaluate moderately complex analytical problems involving variable data factorsNice to Have Skills:Experience with SAS (data management or analytics)Financial Crimes analytics (preferred but not required)CAMS certification (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist)Understanding of BSA/AML/OFAC regulations and hands-on risk program applicationPrevious financial services or Wells Fargo experience (asset, not required)Job Summary:The Analytics Consultant 4 will work on complex analytical initiatives supporting enterprise risk analytics. The role includes reviewing large-scale and multi-source data, conducting complex evaluations, producing risk insights, and contributing to risk management deliverables. The consultant will collaborate strategically with partners across Risk, Compliance, and business teams to support reporting, dashboards, and analytical frameworks. This position requires advanced SQL expertise, strong analytical reasoning, risk domain understanding, and the ability to interpret multi-factor data environments.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Extract, analyze, and transform large datasets using
SQL (Teradata / Oracle)
Build dashboards and analytics visualizations using
Tableau or Power BI Perform risk analytics supporting risk assessments, exposure analysis, and monitoring
Review multi-source data and provide insights to risk partners
Collaborate with stakeholders to support analytics deliverables and requirements gathering
Prepare reports and summaries for leadership and risk managers
Ensure analytics outputs follow policy, compliance, and governance standards
Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or risk indicators across datasets
Support risk programs and contribute to analytics strategy where required
