Salary Range: $76,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and tests electrical systems and components for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoots and resolves electrical issues in production machinery to minimize downtime.
• Implements and maintains electrical safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into new and existing manufacturing processes.
• Develops and maintains detailed electrical schematics, diagrams, and documentation for manufacturing equipment.
• Evaluates and recommends new electrical technologies and solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency and reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical design, testing, and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical) for schematic design and panel layout.
• Experience with power distribution systems, motor controls, and instrumentation.
• Familiarity with relevant safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E, OSHA) and industry best practices.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotics or automated systems.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• PLC programming experience (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and implementation.
• Background in vision systems integration.
