The OpportunityWe are collaborating with multiple companies in Fremont seeking experienced Electrical Engineers. Key Responsibilities- Designs, develops, and tests electrical systems and components for manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoots and resolves electrical issues in production machinery to minimize downtime.
- Implements and maintains electrical safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into new and existing manufacturing processes.
- Develops and maintains detailed electrical schematics, diagrams, and documentation for manufacturing equipment.
- Evaluates and recommends new electrical technologies and solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency and reliability.
Recommended Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in electrical design, testing, and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical) for schematic design and panel layout.
- Experience with power distribution systems, motor controls, and instrumentation.
- Familiarity with relevant safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E, OSHA) and industry best practices.
Bonus Qualifications- Experience with robotics or automated systems.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
- PLC programming experience (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and implementation.
- Background in vision systems integration.
