Summary

Description

We're seeking a strategic, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale a growing digital ecosystem for a well-established brand. This role will own digital strategy, agency management, website experience, and CRM implementation-driving measurable impact across a global B2B network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Website & Agency Leadership: Own UX, performance, and ongoing optimization of the corporate website in partnership with an external agency; drive traffic, engagement, and conversion through content and experience improvements.
  • CRM & Marketing Automation: Lead implementation and optimization of Oracle CRM and Eloqua to power email campaigns, lead management, and customer engagement.
  • Digital Strategy: Develop and execute integrated campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, and social.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and optimize digital and print advertising to maximize ROI and measurable outcomes.
  • Social Media Leadership: Oversee strategy and execution across key platforms, managing day-to-day support resources.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs across channels, delivering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, sales, and external agencies to deliver digital initiatives.

Technical & Systems Focus
  • Support development of a dealer portal (Azure App Services) with real-time inventory and ordering functionality
  • Guide systems integration between CRM (lead/account management) and ERP (order processing) via secure APIs


Requirements

  • 7+ years in digital marketing leadership (strategy, agency management, and project oversight)
  • Strong experience with CRM systems (Oracle/Eloqua preferred) and marketing automation
  • Expertise across SEO, SEM, paid media, email, and content strategy
  • Experience leading website UX and optimization initiatives
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
