Summary

Seeking a hands-on L2 Technician to support server and network infrastructure in a data center environment, including troubleshooting, hardware support, and coordination with remote teams.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot server hardware issues with remote admins
Replace faulty components and manage vendor returns
Perform firmware upgrades and basic server configurations (IP, access)
Support rack & stack, cabling, and hardware installations
Assist with network tasks (cabling, optics, connectivity validation)
Provide hands-on support for ad hoc infrastructure requests
Conduct inventory checks and physical audits

Requirements

Experience in data center / server support / IT infrastructure
Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, cabling, and networking basics
Ability to work with remote teams in a fast-paced environment
Experience in enterprise data centers
Familiarity with switches, optics, and inventory management
