Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Zeeland seeking Electrical Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and tests electrical equipment, components, and systems for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoots and resolves electrical issues in production machinery and control systems to minimize downtime.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new electrical systems and optimize existing ones for efficiency and safety.
• Develops and maintains electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and documentation for manufacturing equipment.
• Ensures compliance with electrical safety standards, codes, and regulations in all manufacturing operations.
• Participates in the selection, installation, and commissioning of new electrical equipment and automation systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical design and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI development.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, motor controls, and power distribution.
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical) for creating and modifying electrical schematics.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA).
• Familiarity with robotics and automation in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations (e.g., NFPA 70E, OSHA).
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
