Job: Salesforce Architect
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Hybrid - 3 Days a week onsite) (OR) Remote with monthly Travel (3days/month)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Job Description:
This role focuses on leading the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions that support both customer and dealer-facing platforms. It is a hands-on architecture position, responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across a complex systems landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture and Design
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrated systems
- Define scalable patterns for APIs, integrations, and data flows
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and scalability requirements
- Evaluate technical trade-offs and provide recommendations
Integration and Systems
- Lead integration strategy between Salesforce and internal enterprise systems, third-party platforms, and APIs/microservices
- Design and oversee REST and SOAP integrations as well as event-driven architectures
Delivery and Leadership
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle
- Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams
- Guide development teams and ensure alignment with architecture standards
- Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints early
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders
- Support roadmap planning and prioritization
- Align architecture decisions with business goals and customer experience initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 8 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development or architecture
- Strong experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud)
- Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with API integrations (REST and SOAP)
- Proven experience designing enterprise-level integrations
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems
- Experience with identity and security concepts such as OAuth and SSO
- Experience working in Agile environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting customer-facing or dealer platforms
- Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms
- Salesforce certifications (Application or System Architect preferred)
- Experience in large, complex enterprise environments
