Job Title: Eagle STAR/PACE – L2/L3 Production Support Analyst/Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Duration: 18+ Months Contract

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Eagle STAR & PACE Production Support Analyst/Developer to provide L2/L3 production support and development for Eagle STAR (Performance & Reporting) and Eagle PACE (Data Management) applications in an Investment Management environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for incident resolution, root cause analysis, data troubleshooting, release support, and application enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 production support for Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE applications.
  • Monitor, analyze, and resolve production incidents within SLA.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
  • Troubleshoot data, application, and batch processing issues.
  • Support release deployments and post-production validation.
  • Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
  • Develop and enhance Eagle STAR/PACE solutions.
  • Create and maintain support documentation and runbooks.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of IT experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE.
  • Strong knowledge of Eagle STAR (Performance & Reporting).
  • Strong knowledge of Eagle PACE including Security Master, Pricing, Transactions, Ratings, and Data Workflows.
  • Experience with Oracle SQL / PL-SQL.
  • Knowledge of Eagle Data Model.
  • Experience with Control-M or Autosys.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Understanding of SDLC, change management, and release processes.
  • Investment Management / Asset Management domain experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with FactSet.
  • Exposure to Eagle Accounting.
  • Performance Attribution experience.
  • Knowledge of Time-Weighted Return (TWR).

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment.
  • Experience working with onshore/offshore teams.
