Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Project Manager | Producer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of video production projects, ensuring they meet brand standards, deadlines, and budget requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with creative teams and vendors while maintaining a strong focus on project management and video production expertise.

Responsibilities:
Manage the intake and evaluation of video project requests to ensure alignment with goals and priorities.
Oversee the progression of projects from initiation to completion, providing regular updates on status and milestones.
Track and supervise processes, production schedules, resource allocation, and deliverables while coordinating vendor contracts and scopes.
Handle all aspects of video pre-production, including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
Secure photo shoot locations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate effectively with vendors to meet project needs.
Build, maintain, and expand a network of creative professionals and partners in video production.
Ensure all deliverables are brand-compliant, high-quality, and completed on time and within budget.
Troubleshoot production and workflow challenges, implementing effective solutions to ensure smooth operations.
Proactively address client and partner needs, providing timely responses and support.
Assist with on-set production activities to ensure creative visions are executed within defined project scopes.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management or production within a creative team or production company.
Solid understanding of video production workflows and processes.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Competence in tracking budgets and adhering to timelines.
Familiarity with video editing and production tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
Expertise in managing digital projects and coordinating resources.
