Job Summary

We are hiring Instructional Designers/eLearning Developers to create Level 300 (task-based) NetSuite training courses as part of an ERP transformation project.

You will build interactive courses using Articulate Storyline, leveraging SME inputs and existing documentation. All content must be SCORM-compliant and LMS-ready.

Responsibilities

Develop NetSuite training (how-to/task-based courses)
Build interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline
Create SCORM-compliant content with simulations and quizzes
Convert process documents & SME input into structured training
Collaborate with SMEs and ensure LMS compatibility

Required Skills

3+ years in Instructional Design / eLearning Development
Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite training (REQUIRED)
Expertise in Articulate Storyline & SCORM
Experience creating system/software training content
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Experience with LMS platforms (Dayforce or similar)
Background in Finance, Order Management, or Field Services
