What You’ll Do
Champion comprehensive land development consulting initiatives, serving as the primary strategic advisor to clients from project inception through completion.
Drive the growth, mentorship, and day-to-day operations of a multidisciplinary team of engineering professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-energy culture.
Cultivate enduring, trust-based relationships with key clients, acting as the principal liaison and ensuring unparalleled service delivery.
Architect intricate site designs and oversee advanced technical workflows to guarantee the highest caliber of engineering accuracy.
Navigate complex regulatory frameworks to secure municipal, state, and environmental construction permits across diverse market sectors.
Direct full project lifecycles, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks align seamlessly with organizational goals.
What You Bring
Credentials: A Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering paired with an active, valid Professional Engineer (P.E.) license issued by the State of Florida.
Professional Longevity: A robust tenure of 10 to 15 years within civil infrastructure, specifically focused on land development and site design.
Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency utilizing design software platforms such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D, alongside comprehensive knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling applications.
Regulatory Acumen: A deep, comprehensive understanding of the Florida land development approval process and permitting ecosystem across various sectors.
Communication Prowess: Articulate written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex technical data clearly to stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Logistics & Readiness: Ability to work full-time on-site in the Greater Fort Lauderdale region, with the flexibility for minimal regional travel (under 10%) and the ability to successfully pass standard pre-employment vetting.
