JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is seeking a Cloud Business Analyst to support digital transformation and cloud-based initiatives within a federal program.
This role focuses on analyzing complex systems, evaluating cloud-based solutions, and supporting decision-making processes across digital and cloud environments. The position works closely with product and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business needs and mission objectives.
Key Responsibilities - Analyze digital and cloud-based services, applications, and solutions across enterprise environments
- Translate complex technical and business information into actionable insights
- Evaluate solution options based on cost, benefit, risk, and strategic alignment
- Support development of product and solution strategies aligned to user needs
- Work closely with Product Managers to define and refine product approaches
- Identify and challenge inconsistencies in data, reporting, and analysis
- Support planning for budgets, resource requirements, and implementation strategies
- Develop recommendations to improve system performance, efficiency, and user outcomes
- Collaborate with engineering and cloud teams to align business and technical requirements
Required Qualifications - Active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis, cloud analysis, or related discipline
- Experience supporting cloud-based or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Certifications - Cloud certification(s) preferred (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure, or similar)
