Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Test Manager
Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing efforts for a large-scale SAP transformation program. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in SAP testing strategy, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination across multiple business streams.
Key Responsibilities:

Testing Strategy & Planning- Define and execute the overall SAP S/4HANA testing strategy across all functional areas
- Develop detailed test plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Manage all testing phases: Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, Regression

Team Leadership & Coordination- Lead cross-functional teams across OTC, Finance, P2P/Supply Chain, Master Data, and BW
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure full test coverage
- Mentor test leads and QA teams on SAP testing best practices

Test Execution & Quality Assurance- Oversee test execution, defect tracking, and resolution management
- Ensure quality of test scripts, test data, and documentation
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively

Metrics & Governance- Track key metrics: test coverage, defect density, pass/fail rates
- Establish governance for test reporting, defect triage, and escalation
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Stakeholder Management- Collaborate with Program Managers, Functional Leads, and Business Teams
- Drive test readiness reviews and go/no-go decisions
- Act as the single point of contact for testing activities

Technical & Functional Collaboration- Work closely with BASIS, Security, and Integration teams
- Validate end-to-end test scenarios and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure alignment with SAP best practices

Tools & Automation- Utilize tools like SAP Solution Manager, qTest, TOSCA, Jira
- Drive test automation strategies, especially for regression testing
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Testing / QA
- 3 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA programs
- Strong functional expertise in at least two modules (OTC, Finance, P2P, Supply Chain)
- Hands-on experience with test management tools and automation frameworks
- Proven experience managing large testing teams and enterprise programs
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture, integrations, and data flows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs
- Exposure to Agile / Hybrid delivery models
- Experience with test automation tools like TOSCA
