Summary

Role Summary
This position is a mid-level role responsible for managing and executing key operational tasks within the organization. The incumbent will support various departments by ensuring process efficiency and compliance. The role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to collaborate across teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth execution of processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project completion and goal achievement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management review.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to operational procedures.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of operational issues as they arise.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements when necessary.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant operational software.
  • Availability to work during regular business hours with flexibility as needed.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Experience working in a hybrid environment preferred.

Publishing Pay Range: $85.00 - $95.00 Hourly
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
