Hansen Talent Group is hiring an IT Project Manager to support enterprise technology initiatives.

This role will lead multiple IT projects in a matrixed environment, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational standards. The Project Manager will coordinate across technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive successful project delivery throughout the full project lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Lead multiple IT projects simultaneously (typically 1–5) following Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

• Develop and manage project plans, communication plans, risk management plans, and project documentation from initiation through implementation and closure.

• Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership through meetings, status updates, and project reporting.

• Monitor project milestones and adjust plans as needed to address risks, issues, or changing priorities.

• Manage project scope, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful delivery.

• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project outcomes.

• Ensure project artifacts and documentation meet organizational standards and audit requirements.

• Provide clear written and verbal status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

What You’ll Need

• IT project management experience in a leadership capacity on project teams.

• Experience managing projects within IT SDLC environments.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Experience managing project scope, timelines, risks, and resources.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (Project, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
