RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Producer.

Summary:
We're a passionate group responsible for growing a piece of gaming history, and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager/Producer to partner with our Executive Producer in managing day-to-day production and workflow for various projects within the studio. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; capable of tracking and communicating complex work items across multiple projects. This person must be a great communicator and biased toward an inclusive work environment - someone who cares deeply about delivering the best possible experience to our customers.

The Producer is a key contributor between internal and external teams across a wide variety of functions and subject matter expertise. They have direct influence and responsibility for the quality and outcomes of feature development, product publishing efforts, and important partnership

Duties:
* Identifying, communicating, tracking, and reporting on the individual tasks & work items assigned to you
* Coordinating across teams to deliver quality on-time, related to features, content, events, testing, localization, product extensions, and user engagement
* Review and provide informed feedback on development schedules and roadmaps
* Collaborate with our internal and external teams to remove blockers and ensure pathways to product development and release goals
* Communicate status and updates on critical work items to key stakeholders regularly
* Actively unblock work flows by utilizing existing solutions and/or implementing new tools or processes
* Providing flexible assistance for other Producers as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
* Scrum Certification as a Scrum Master or Product Owner
* 5+ years of experience in Project Management in PC and/or Console video games
* Experience with Games-as-a-Service and operating a live product
* PC technical knowledge and PC gaming experience
* Familiarity with C#, C++, or other programming languages and basic engineering concepts
* Ability to provide additional perspective to our teams to help improve the overall franchise
* At least two (2) shipped games on PC or Console with a verifiable Producer role credit
* Proactive team member that can identify gaps and product needs without being prompted
* Strong organizational and collaboration skills that contribute to documenting a plan and helping others accomplish their goals
* Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
* Constant drive to learn and adapt to ever-changing surroundings and gaming trends
* Passion for and understanding of gaming and gaming culture
* Self-starter with the ability to work flexing hours as your project demands
* Experience working in a distributed team and comfortable with remote team support
* Experience with Azure DevOps, Teams, Microsoft Office, and other project management tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
