StaffRight Associates is seeking a dynamic, high-energy sales executive to spark business growth and capture market share across a vital geographic territory. In this impactful role, you will champion the market expansion of state-of-the-art, high-precision industrial production machinery designed for diverse sectors, including automotive, medical, and consumer goods.

This position offers a distinct pathway for professional advancement, providing the selected leader with a clear trajectory to elevate into a Sales Director function. By integrating strategic territory management with team leadership, the incoming manager will directly influence corporate revenue streams and reinforce our position as a benchmark of engineering excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Formulate and execute aggressive commercial plans to consistently surpass designated quarterly and yearly financial benchmarks.

  • Discover, validate, and nurture high-value business leads through systematic market prospecting, industry networking, and diligent CRM pipeline management.

  • Cultivate, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales network consisting of direct corporate personnel and independent manufacturing representatives.

  • Forge enduring alliances with major original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and key corporate accounts while collaborating with internal engineering departments to deliver tailored technical solutions.

  • Analyze competitor movements, shifting market dynamics, and emerging vertical sector trends to deliver actionable business intelligence.

  • Project future commercial revenue, orchestrate territory expansion plans, and construct comprehensive annual financial budgets.

  • Champion brand awareness by selecting and spearheading participation in industry trade expositions, marketing campaigns, and digital media initiatives.

  • Enforce critical performance metrics centered on maximizing order acquisition, securing timely client payments, and maintaining rigorous communication schedules.

What You Bring

  • Academic Foundation: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Commerce, Engineering, Polymer Science, or a closely related technical field.

  • Proven Track Record: Over five years of demonstrated, high-velocity sales achievement within the industrial machinery, plastics processing, or heavy capital equipment manufacturing sectors.

  • Domain Expertise: Profound technical familiarity with advanced production machinery, specialized molding processes, and industrial manufacturing workflows.

  • Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated capability to command, train, and optimize a decentralized sales force and external broker network.

  • Operational Skills: Superb interpersonal and negotiation talents coupled with advanced proficiency in standard business productivity software and CRM platforms.
