Description
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst III to join our dynamic team in New Castle, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to analyze business processes, identify solutions, and drive improvements within a manufacturing environment. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to organizational success through strategic analysis and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including workflows, user requirements, and system specifications.
Lead and support the implementation of manufacturing systems, including Cloud Suite Industrial/Syteline.
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Provide training and coaching to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Conduct data analysis and create reports to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Travel regionally and nationally as needed, approximately 15-20%, to support project requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in a business analyst role within a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with Cloud Suite Industrial/Syteline systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.
Proficiency in writing queries to analyze data and interpret system architectures.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proven ability to perform complex analyses.
Demonstrated project management expertise, with certifications being a preferred asset.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% for regional and national projects.
