Description The Digital Content Producer is responsible for crafting, editing, and managing high-quality digital materials that align with brand objectives and foster audience engagement. Combining creativity, technical aptitude, and strong project management skills, this role ensures that digital assets-including web content, email campaigns, social media posts, videos, graphics, and more-are delivered on schedule and adhere to brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
- Produce, edit, and publish digital content across websites, email, and social platforms.
- Develop engaging multimedia assets such as images, videos, animations, and interactive content.
- Write, proofread, and optimize copy tailored for various digital channels.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life.
Website & Email Content Management
- Update and maintain website pages using common CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, AEM).
- Build and format HTML email campaigns, landing pages, and digital templates.
- Ensure all content adheres to best practices for accessibility, user experience, and search engine optimization.
Project Coordination
- Manage timelines for content production to ensure timely asset delivery.
- Maintain content calendars and coordinate with cross-functional teams around campaigns.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing initiatives.
Quality Assurance & Optimization
- Review and quality-check content for consistency, accuracy, and brand compliance.
- Test email campaigns for responsiveness across multiple devices and email clients.
- Analyze content performance metrics and recommend improvements to maximize engagement and reach.
Digital Asset Management
- Organize and maintain digital content libraries and project documentation.
- Ensure proper version control and standardized file naming conventions.
Requirements Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (preferred).
- 2-5+ years of experience producing digital content within marketing or communications teams.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Proficient with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS (especially for email production).
- Experience with design and multimedia tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.).
- Solid understanding of SEO, UX, and digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp).
- Knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social insights tools).
- Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.).
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced creative environment.
HTML Email Design Backup
- Available for HTML email design and development support on an as-needed basis.
- Fluent in HTML for emails and able to work within provided templates or build new elements as required.
- Responsible for testing finished projects for consistency and responsiveness across all email clients and devices.
- Able to handle projects with short turnaround times (3 days or less) and maintain responsive communication regarding design changes and questions.
