PowerClerk Systems Administrator with one of our top clients in Atlanta, GA!
Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:- 2-5 years of experience administering PowerClerk or similar low-code/no-code workflow platforms-examples Zapier, Airtable, Bubble, Web flow, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Retool, QuickBase
- Hands-on experience configuring forms, workflows, milestones, and UI elements.
- Experience supporting system upgrades, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements.
- Ability to build new platform components from concept to deployment.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability for quality and accuracy.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Location: Atlanta, GA- 4 days onsite 1 day remote
Pay range: $45- $50 an hour
Duration: 12-18 month contract with potential for fulltime

Overview:We are seeking a mid-level PowerClerk Systems Administrator with 2-5 years of experience supporting and enhancing low-code/no-code platforms. This role focuses on maintaining and improving existing PowerClerk environments while also building new workflows, forms, and program structures. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who takes ownership of their work, follows instructions well, and is eager to learn about the renewable energy industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer PowerClerk platforms, including user access, permissions, configurations, and system monitoring.
- Build and enhance forms, workflows, banners, notifications, and milestone tracking.
- Support platform upgrades, test new features, troubleshoot issues, and implement system improvements.
- Develop new PowerClerk instances or modules to support new programs and business needs.
- Work with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into efficient system configurations.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials for internal users.
- Collaborate with program managers, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure platform functionality aligns with organizational goals.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in renewable energy, utilities, or program administration.
- Familiarity with process mapping, requirements gathering, or business analysis.
- Exposure to API integrations or data exchange between systems.
Soft Skills:- Professional and reliable in all interactions.
- Collaborative team player who works well across departments.
- Follows instructions thoroughly while also taking initiative when appropriate.

Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $45.00 and $50.00 per hour. Apex offers a range of supplemental benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
