Description
We are looking for a skilled Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Emigsville, Pennsylvania. This role requires expertise in Infor Syteline, Factory Track, and advanced reporting tools, as well as a strong background in system administration and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing reliable technical support and developing solutions that enhance business processes.
Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Infor Syteline multi-tenant and multisite environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Provide direct support and troubleshooting for Factory Track, including ShopFloor and mobility applications.
Develop and manage Infor Birst spaces and dashboards, utilizing Syteline data through Infor Datalake for advanced reporting.
Create custom reports and flexforms in Syteline, using compiled assemblies to meet organizational needs.
Oversee system administration for Infor and Syteline, including finite supply chain and user support.
Develop solutions using Mongoose, including stored procedures and custom methods, to address specific business requirements.
Design and implement new forms, scripts, and methods in Syteline's Event System to streamline processes.
Administer Rhythm eComm systems, including credit card integration for Syteline.
Collaborate with teams to ensure effective system functionality and resolve technical issues promptly.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience with Infor Syteline multi-tenant and multisite environments.
Proficiency in Factory Track applications and mobility solutions.
Strong knowledge of Infor Birst development and dashboard creation using Syteline data.
Experience in custom reporting using flexforms and compiled assemblies within Syteline.
Expertise in Mongoose development, including stored procedures and custom methods.
Advanced scripting skills for Syteline Event System.
Familiarity with Rhythm eComm administration and credit card integration.
Solid understanding of system administration and supply chain user support processes.
