This is a W2 contract opportunity, and the candidates should be willing to work on our W2 ONLY, NO C2C.

Business Systems Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC; Irving, TX; Des Moines, IA; Minneapolis, MN
Role: W2 contract
Schedule: Hybrid
Duration: 12 months

Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk & Controls Analyst to support control execution and compliance activities within a regulated environment. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role requiring strong prioritization skills, effective relationship management, and consistent delivery of high-quality work.

Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Systems Consulting and contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Business Systems Consulting deliverables.
Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Business Systems Consulting challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Technology Business Systems Consulting deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Business Systems Consulting.

Key Responsibilities


  • Execute and monitor internal controls on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements across business operations
  • Partner closely with internal teams, including the Applications/Technology team, to support control processes and issue resolution
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and ensure timely responses to inquiries
  • Manage a high workload, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Identify, escalate, and help remediate risks and control gaps
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to risk and compliance activities

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in Bank risk, compliance, or Governance within a regulated environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
  • 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • High attention to detail and accountability
