Description The candidates will be providing onsite support daily to users, as well as remote desktop support to users working remotely. The customer is 50% Windows 10 and 50% MAC OSX. The candidate will be supporting all hardware issues including desktops, laptops, printers, monitors and peripherals, software issues including OS, email, MS Office Suite (O365), AV and collaboration tools, and basic Active Directory (password resets, access to applications, etc).
